Organizational structure: |
The structure and decision making process is divided between the college administration, the college faculty, and the students. The college administration consists of the Board of Trustees, the President of the College, five Vice Presidents, and the Senior Staff. “Mount Holyoke has a strong tradition of shared decision-making among its administration, faculty, and students. Students and faculty have an important role in shaping institutional policy and practice, in particular through the Student Government Association and the various standing faculty committees.” |

Because the Mount Holyoke College MWCE is dedicated to working with and bringing together students across all disciplines, the membership includes the 2,200 female students at Mount Holyoke College. These students hail from 48 states within the US and nearly 70 countries. |
