    Organizational structure: Board of Trustees Chairman Chief Executive Staff and Volunteers Members Conserve Africa is registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee and charity in England and Wales. The Board of Trustees which is elected at the Annual General Meeting comprises 5 men and 2 women with a range of skills and experience in sustainable development issues, human resources management, finance, law and administration . The Members of the Board of Trustees are responsible for setting strategy, providing leadership and directing the organisation towards the realisation of its mission. They set policy, define goals and evaluate performance against targets. It generally meets 4 times a year and is the prime responsible for the overall input management, administration management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the service. The Service Management Team comprises the Chairperson, the Coordinator, the Secretary and the Treasurer who meet every month. Weekly meetings are organised for staff to discuss weekly action plan and to evaluate the work done during the previous week. It is on that occasion that Management Committee’s decisions are passed and reported to staff and volunteers. The Board of Trustees is supported by the Chief Executive.

Conserve Africa Foundation manages three networks on sustainable development: Africa Network for Environmental Rights (ANER): http://www.conserveafrica.net/, The Africa Network for Environmental Sustainability (ANFES): http://www.anfes.net, Reseau African pour les droits environnementaux (RAPDE): http://www.environnementjuste.org/ Conserve Africa’s most activities and related funds are implemented in African countries to support project managed by its partners.
