    Organizational structure: CES operates under the direction of a five-person Board of Directors. Its officers are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Webmaster and Administrator It is a membership organization. An Advisory Board assists the work of CES.     Number and type of members: The online magazine of CES is sent to approximately 900 people The last copy of the print journal of CES went to 700 subscribers or purchasers CES has about 50 dues paying members. People are attracted to CES by its ideas, information and publications. CES describes its constituency as including: • People seeking inspiration, understanding and guidance for their everyday lives in times of great change • People involved in action concerning transition to ecozoic societies who seek information, ideas and support • People who have intimate connections with nature who seek to deepen and express this connection • People who seek a vision of a viable future and insight into effective social change • Children, youth and young adults who need new understandings and stories that address their time in history
