    Organizational structure: DAR has a Directors Comitte which members are an Executive Director, a Presidente as a representative of Associates Board is parte of decision making organ. Also, DAR has three programs: Climate Change and Forests, Rights and Amazon and Governance and Environmental Management) and through one decentralized office in Loreto. DAR has two offices: one in Lima (headquarters) and Iquitos Amazon city.
    Number and type of members: DAR has 30 employees, many of them are lawyers, socilogists, political sciences experts, mass media communication experts, environmental and forest engineers.
