Organizational structure: |
S4S is run by a board of directors (volunteers) elected every two years. We have three consultants who work more or less full-time implementing S4S projects (and are paid for specific activities under each project - but not on salary). The structure is non-hierarchical. |

We have about 120 members, mostly professionals from a diversity of sectors such as construction / architecture, law, renewable energy, education, conservation ecology etc. We have a growing number of youth members, mostly university or post-secondary students. |
