    Organizational structure: The Foundation is governed by Members (The Annual General Assembly), Board of Directors and the Secretariat. The Annual General Assembly is the supreme organ of the Foundation and comprise of all members of the Foundation. All other bodies established under its authority are subordinate and accountable to it. The Second organ is the Board of Directors who provides regular guidance to the work of the Foundation. The Board comprises of minimum of five and a maximum of seven members of which meets at least once periodical. The implementation of the day to day functions of the organization is vested in its Secretariat led by the Executive Director who reports to the Board of Directors.
