    Organizational structure: ACUDA has the following organs: 1) The founding member baord which fomulates policies for ACUDA 2) The ordinary member or GA which adopts policies 3) The Ardos forum or advisory council which is comprised of all Ardos or traditional Aku rulers 4) The executive body which is incharge of the daily running of ACUDA
    Number and type of members: There are three types of membership in ACUDA: 1) founding members 2) ordinary members 3) honorary members
    Affiliation with NGO networks: ACUDA is afiliated to MINORITY RIGHTS GROUP INTERNATIONAL.
