    Organizational structure: BILIE HUMAN RIGHTS INITIATIVE T/A BILIE FOR BIAFRA HAS A DEMOCRATIC ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE CONSISTING OF ELECTED MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, GOVERNING COUNCIL AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE WHOSE TENURES ARE STIPULATED BY THE CONSTITUTION. THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IS THE HIGHEST DECISION-MAKING BODY TO WHICH THE OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES RENDER THEIR ACCOUNTS OF STEWARDSHIP EVERY YEAR IN THEIR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS.
