IAU has a policy organ of a governing Board of Directors which guides the organisation in planning and implementing its various programs and undertakes periodic Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) and works strategies for addressing gaps identified in the OCA and other evaluating mechanisms. The Board executes its functions through two sub committees, namely, Finance, Human Resource and Administration; and Fundraising and Programs. As a result the efficiency of management is improved by effective policy supervision of the internal control systems, program activities, human resource performance, finance and guidance on managing dynamics which come in the process of implementing the programs. |
