    Organizational structure: WODEF has a Board of Trustees made up of 4 women and 1 man; an Advisory Board that comprises 3 women and 2 men, and a Management Team comprising National Coordinator, Programme Officers, Programme Assistants and Accounts/ Administrative Officer. The board meets bi-annually to take decisions and review proposed project activities.     Number and type of members: WODEF is a non-membership organization that works and collaborates with various groups. WODEF has over 30 volunteers that cuts across various groups such as media, youths, students, nollywood artistes, writers, as well as 83 men, women and organizations designated by WODEF as "Rare Gems"
