    Organizational structure: SRGDI is run by a Board of Trustees and a secretariat. The board of trustees is the governing body of the organization. It provides advice and policy direction. The secretariat consists of the Executive Director and other professionals (staff) who are responsible for executing activities and programmes. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Trustees. The Executive director is supported by the staff at the secretariat from Programmes and Adminisrative Sections. The Headquarters is based in Blantyre City and has districts offices in districts. Activities are impmplemented at Local governance level.
    Number and type of members: SRGDI has 12 employees. The employees are managed by the Executive Director who is supported by The Programmes and Administration Sections. Programmes Coorinator heads the Programme Section which comprises of, Monitoring and Evaluation Officers, Project officers, Community Faciliators. The Finance and Administrative Officer heads the Administrative officers which comprises of project accountants, office assistants, secretaries and receptionists, drivers and messangers. SRGDI has over 50 volunteers in the communities and are responsible for community level mobilization and also supervising community projects.
