    Organizational structure: The board of directors is chaired by the founder (a clergy man). The Project Coordinator is the chief executive and oversees the daily administration of the organization. He is the vital link between the board and the management. Together with the management he coordinates the staff, members, volunteers and assets of the organization. The organization is gender sensitive, non discriminatory and practices leadership at all levels.
    Number and type of members: There are 23 youth groups made up of 32,593 members from diverse social and proffessional leanings and can be categorized into active and nominal members, volunteers and peer educators.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Caregivers Action Network (CAN), Civil Society Network Against HIV/AIDS In Nigeria, Nigerian Network on Sex Work Project.
