Mission statement:	Pakiv Romania Association unfolds for over 7 years of activities, initiatives, studies, to inform the public about the benefits of EU membership of Romania, to support actions that promote human rights, equality and non-discrimination, achieving strategic partnerships at local / regional NGOs and social actors to improve and raise the quality of European standards in education and culture, development of entrepreneurship among young people, thus contributing to socio-economic development of the region. Pakiv Romania Association's mission is to improve the situation of Roma community members to in Romania. Professionalism in activities, respect for employees and organization beneficiaries , integrity and honesty, persuasion and perfectionism, labor power and efficiency are the values that have built Pakiv Romania Association. The philosophy of Pakiv Romania Association can be summarized as follows: builds confidence and skills, strengthen self-sustainability and capacity of taking their own decision, encourage participation, democracy, action and analysis, support development based on equality, human rights, without influenced by policy makers in collaboration with local partners.

Organizational structure:	Pakiv Romania Association is a non-profit civic organization established in October 2005 under Ordinance 26/2000 regarding the regime of associations and foundations in Romania. The founding members of the organization are Roma activists with extensive experience in the development and implementation of projects / programs for Roma communities in achieving analyzes / studies / research that reflects the Roma communities, with experience in developing and implementing information campaigns and awareness of the Roma community members with experience in delivering training sessions for adults, experienced in implementing lobbying and advocacy campaigns etc.
