    Organizational structure: UWONET is governed by a Board of Directors comprising of 7 members elected from the membership. This is followed by the Executive Director (E.D) who leads the UWONET secretariat. Below the UWONET E.D is the Finance team comprised of; the Finance and Administrative Manager, Finance Officer, Accounts Assistant, Procurement Assistant, Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Drivers, Welfare, and Security Officers. The structure has a Programmes team comprising of; the Director of Programmes, Programme Coordinators, Programme Assistants, Programme Officers, Legal Officers, Social Workers, Counsellors, and Matrons
