Organizational structure: |
BUVAD is a registered Non Profit Organization, under the NGO Board of Uganda has the Annual General Meeting (AGM), Board of Governors helped by the Executive Director as key implementer of project plans and initiatives, supervises and reports in the AGM, helped by staff. The AGM is comprised of the Members.
The Executive Director has leadership roles in the organization as the chief accounting officer assisted by The Projects Coordinator whom reports and supervises projects implementation, The Finance Officer ensure proper book keeping and the Social worker to reach out to communities and ensure successful projects implementation on a regular basis.
Technical people are hired to implement the technical part of a project.
