Organizational structure: |
The most powerful discion making organ is General Meeting,followed by Advisory Board, all daily organisation activities are managed by Executive Committee with following members (Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Executive Director, Diputy Executive Director, Trasurer and all Heads of Organisation Department). There are five departments namely: Administration Department, Fundrising Department, Cross cutting issue Department, Humane Education Departmnet and Environmental Department. The lowest level in our organisational structure is local communities (stakeholder) |
