ASF operates with its head office based in Lahore and nine (9) regional offices spread all over the country. The company is governed by a private-sector led independent board of directors. The company currently has more than 150 employees. |

ASF operates under a two-tiered governance system : a 5-member board of directors representing the private sector, and a 14-member governing body which is overall supreme authority responsible for approving audited annual accounts of the company, appointment of external auditors, and other statutory affairs. |
