    Organizational structure: Fairfood International has a flat organizational structure. It is split into three departments (Communications & Fundraising, Policy & Advocacy and Global Operations), the executive board, the supervisory board and the advisory board. The five departments of Fairfood International are: Corporate engagement, Communications, Research, Business Development and Operations. Each department consists of a Director, Senior Manager and Managers who are all responsible for achieving objectives through implementation of key activities. Volunteers assist the managers with the daily activities. The Directors report to the Executive Director who is ultimately responsible for achieving the overall objectives of the organisation and the successful implementation of all programs and activities. The executive Director reports to the Supervisory Board.
