Organizational structure: |
The organisation has Board members. They formulate policies and direct the operation of the organisation. The Executive Director is the head of the administration of the organisation. He is responsible for the day to day operation of the organisation. The Programme manager is the head of the technical wing. In consultation of the Executive Director, he/she design project/programme of the organisation and the project together with the project officers and the beneficiaries. The Accountant/finance officer is the head of the of the finance department. He/She manage and document all financial activities of the organisation. |
