Organizational structure: |
The S.A.F.E. Campaign® uses a variety of approaches to subdividing work at the organizational and unit levels. It has been our experience that in order to manage our organization and be able to keep the interest of our partners; we've found that keeping the organizational structure operated in simplicity, has caused persons from all walks of life to desire to participate. Our non-traditional model and culture combined prevents it from being oversimplified. Because The S.A.F.E. Campaign® is an ongoing workshop used to facilitate entrepreneurial success for the youth and their families; and its mandate is to give information and provide intervention to youngsters and their families that will activate them and empower them to become entrepreneurs. We work with community centers and public school systems with our easy as ABC curriculum designed to propel toward the Tinypreneurs® daily activities. The Founder/Program Director makes regular fine line faculty updates to its innovation and the staffs follow her lead. We encourage review and revision. The S.A.F.E. Campaign® team members work with individuals and departments as they seek new ways to help attendees achieve their goals. The key areas of focus in ensuring the success of The S.A.F.E. Campaign® are: -Change Your Worldview in the ‘Wink of an Eye’ -Be a Sponge and Absorb Useful Information -Grab Ownership of Your Future Success -The Power of Choice: Business Vs Employment -T.O.E.S. (The Only Ethical Shoe) Project Submission Other key concepts related to structure described here are delegation, empowerment, and decentralization. The program concludes with a full and complete understanding of organizational culture, followed by commitment to organizational change far beyond 21st Century quality. |
