    Organizational structure: The organisational hierarchy of our organisation comprises the Trustees with an Appointed General Secretary of the organisation whose tenure is renewable by the Trustees. Directors are elected at the expiration of the tenure of the Previous Board. Since the Christian Adolescent Foundation is a Non-Profit, Non- Governmental and non-denominational organisation we recruit volunteers staff on need basis during operational activities. The Board of Directors overseas the various offices of the organisation which include: International, Regional, Country offices and Community Desk-Officers.
    Number and type of members: There are 7 members who make up the Trustees. Two Permanent members and Five Temporary members who are Nominated by the Advisory Board.
