    Organizational structure: The United Yoth for Peace, Education, Transparency & Development in Liberia is govern by a Board which composed of seven members, National Secretariat which is divided into three Departments including Youth, Disabled and Women Department.
    Number and type of members: The Organization has over three hundred members within four counties including Montserrado, Margibi, Grand Bassa and Rivercess Counites.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: UYPETDL is a member of the National Coalition of Civil Society Organizations of Liberia and also established a Youth & Disabled WASH Network in Liberia
