and responsibility. The General Assembly, constituted by voluntary individuals, is the highest governing body of ICEDA. It meets every year to assess accomplishments made, endorse annual plan and budget, as well as provide general program directions. The Board of Management, whose five members drawn from among members of the General Assembly, charged with the responsibility of ensuring and coordinating implementation of programs and fundraising. The executive director is responsible for the execution of policies and for the overall management of the organization. Program coordinators accountable to the director develop and coordinate ICEDA programs and support project managers to reach to their project results. Programs developed on a baseline survey and participatory needs assessment by taking into account ICEDA’s strategic directions/plans. The three Charitable purposes of ICEDA are:- • The advancement of education • The advancement of health • The advancement of economy and social development and environmental protection. |
