Organizational structure: |
Keystone Human Services International (KHSI), a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services is governed by its Bylaws and a voluntary Board of Directors that provides overnight and supervision to the Chief Executive Officer and key leadership. KHSI operates two international subsidiaries - KHSI Moldova Association (KHSIMA) and Keystone Foundation for Social Assistance to Children and Families (KFCF). KHSIMA is a registered NGO in Moldova and has a Board of Directors and an Executive Director and operates under its corporate Charter. KFCF is a registered NGO in Russia and has a General Director and a Foundation Council and Board of Trustees and operates under its corporate Charter. |

The KHSI Board consists of 13 members from various professional backgrounds. Each member is hand selected and is required to have a commitment to the organization's mission and vision. Each member also must have a true dedication to those with disabilities and those in need. |
