    Organizational structure: The Board of Trustees and the Executive Management are responsible for making decisions. The board is made up of 7 individuals (5 women & 2 men). There are 11 staff members in IBI, 7 of who are women. The major departments are Programme Development & Fund-Raising, Programme Management and Administration.
    Number and type of members: IBI is not a membership organisation. Women & Girls are our primary stakeholders therefore most roles are filled by issue holders. The organisation is run by a woman who is overseen by a board comprising women as majority. The lead decision makers of IBI are women. The men in the team are advocates for women empowerment and most of the team supports their functions in advisory capacity.
