The organization has a central structure, governed by a Board of Directors, who are the policy-making body. The Corporate Secretary shall be the Chief Executive Officer and is not a Director of the Board and shall have not voting rights on the Board. International Women's Forum, Inc. is supported by the: Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Executive Director, Managing Director and Technical Arts Director, along with four support positions. |

Membership in the International Women’s Forum (IWF) is by invitation and is influenced by definitive international standards.
