    Organizational structure: The organization has a central structure, governed by a Board of Directors, who are the policy-making body. The Corporate Secretary shall be the Chief Executive Officer and is not a Director of the Board and shall have not voting rights on the Board. International Women's Forum, Inc. is supported by the: Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Executive Director, Managing Director and Technical Arts Director, along with four support positions.
    Number and type of members: There are more than 6,500 women leaders participating in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America. Membership in the International Women’s Forum (IWF) is by invitation and is influenced by definitive international standards. Members are committed to bettering global leadership today and cultivating women leaders of tomorrow.
