Mission statement:	The Anglican Rite Roman Catholic Church, Inc. is the foundation of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church, an Apostolic church of ancient origin and both orthodox and catholic heritage, tradition, belief, and practice. Along with its secular wing, the Pontifical Imperial State of Rome-Ruthenian, it constitutes not only an ethno-religious minority, but also an indigenous nation related to the various areas around the world associated with its heritage. In furtherance of its mission, the United Roman-Ruthenian Church works not only through traditional ecclesiastical means, but also through efforts of fundraising, direct service, and media-based awareness raising to improve the condition of humanity. It is our belief, rooted in the Gospels of Christ, that the human condition is improved first and foremost by respect for life and the human person. All other rights necessarily assume the right to life. Therefore, much of our mission work involves raising awareness and working with and through other organizations to help affect positive change of the world to a culture that respects life. This is the center of our mandate of Mission. We further believe in the mandate of selfless service to others. Therefore, we directly do what we can to serve others and empower others to continue the work of service. Lastly, we believe that all mission and service is meaningless without love. Therefore, we spread a message of love and encourage others to follow the Great Commandment that we love one another. A key part of this is speaking up for and advocating for those who are the least in society and cannot speak for themselves. We strive to improve the conditions of marginalized people everywhere.

Organizational structure:	The principle entities of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church, in addition to its Apostolic See, are the Catholicate of Rome-Ruthenia, the Pontifical Imperial State, and the Pontifical Walsingham Guard. The Church is led by the Bishop of Rome-Ruthenia, who is also the Papa-Catholicos of Rome-Ruthenia and the Supreme Pontiff of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church. He is elected by the Patriarchal Electors. He is assisted by his household, the Pontifical Court, and the Patriarchal Curia in accordance with ancient tradition of our Faith. Chapels, parishes, missions, oratories, and congregations that exist to serve our special mandate are led by clergy in accordance with Canon Law. Subordinate organizations that help to fulfill our mandate are led by a mixture of elected and appointed officials. The modern Pontifical Walsingham Guard, founded in 2012 and with heritage dating back to the medieval era, is the church’s principal humanitarian service wing.
Number and type of members:	In addition to the household, Court, and Curia, the Church has a council of clergy and religious, with multiple lay officials. There are also several hundred persons/members associated with the Church's diverse outreach ministries and apostolates around the world. Additionally, the Gallican Rite of the Catholic Church, affiliated with the Merovingian Dynasty, is under the leadership of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church and is headed by a Primate.
