    Organizational structure: The organisational structure of Signcom/HSN reflects a functional structure that allows clear identified roles and authority. This structure facilitates employees with the opportunity to excel in their positions as their skills and specific expertise develops by providing avenues for capacity building. The company has three levels of functional structure, one (1) General Manager who is responsible for the overall function of the company; which includes financial oversight and policies that would propel the company forward, one (1) Manager who is responsible for the supervision of the ordinary staff and reporting to the general manager on issues relating to business ventures, staff management and major challenges and six (6) Ordinary Staff member. The responsibility of the Ordinary Staff is to execute assignments directed by the Manager in accordance to services provided by the company as it relates to signage & license Plate production. There are also four (4) freelance workers available upon request of installation. The CEO is the head of the company. The company has had twelve years training and maintenance of the use of machinery production. This system has been successfully implemented in Antigua and Barbuda with positive recommendations from the Government of Antigua and Barbuda
