Mission statement:	Building bridges for sustainable and positive peace in our communities. Conflict analysis and resolution. Playing the role of the neutral third party and pioneering mediation, conciliation and other applicable alternative dispute resolution strategy in conflict areas. We are peace ambassadors.

Organizational structure:	Peace and Goodwill Foundation has four registered trusties, the president of the foundation takes care of the day to day responsibilities of the foundation and is assisted by the secretary, the treasurer takes charge of financial and business concerns of the foundation.
Number and type of members:	Four registered trusties, all of them actively involved in the day to day operations of the foundation.
Affiliation with NGO networks:	Nigerian Institute of chartered mediation and conciliation
Funding structure:	Membership fees or dues Funds from other Non-Governmental Organizations
Funding structure other:	Registered trusties and members donate towards our operations.
