    Organizational structure: We have a council formed by people who found the organization, academics and specialist. Then we have a general coordination who is help by a general secretary. Below we have the assembly integrated by the general coordinator and the people in charge of an area. Then the organization is divided in four great areas. The first is what is related to the humanitarian aid an accompaniment of migrants. The second is the linkage area. We work specifically with Schools and Universities, neighborhoods, churches, media, other NGO’s, government, amongst others. The third area is research, where we generate academic documents about our job to influence in public policies and the fourth that is institutional development.
    Number and type of members: Nine full time job, three partial job, and a team of 130 volunteers.
