Organizational structure: |
The structure of CLADH is conformed by two bodies. The main one is the Administration Board, composed by the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary and the Treasurer. The Board Members meet in ordinary session and in extraordinary session. Decisions are made by the majority. Below the Administration Board there is the executive body, headed by the executive director of each country and its staff. Besides these two bodies, there is a group of volunteers that collaborates with some CLADH activities. |
