    Organizational structure: PROMSEX has a decentralized structure, and through it the decision-making processes are distributed in departments and divisions, under democratic control, and there is a clear separation between the staff and the executive bodies. The Assembly of Associates defines the goals of PROMSEX and is responsible to establish its institutional mission, their purposes as well as the main strategies. PROMSEX is divided into three divisions equipped with the functions and the necessary resources. The following directorates are responsible for planning and the implementation of the projects of the organization: Technical Directorate, Research Directorate, Administrative and Financial Directorate. The Board of Directors serves as the permanent trustee body of PROMSEX. It works in the decision-making process and lines of work of the organization.
