Organizational structure: |
The organic life of our Association is ruled by statutes and regulations. Its executive organs, in hierarchical order, are the following: National Members' Assembly. It is formed every four years by a proportionate representation of the delegates elected in the ACPA branches in the 16 provinces and the Special Municipality of the Isle of Youth. National Board. It is formed by the 16 Presidents of the Provincial Branches and the National Executive Committee. Its meetings are held every 6 months. National Executive Committee. It is formed by 22 members. One President, 1 Vice-President, 4 Secretaries, 3 non-executive members and the presidents of the 12 Societies. Its meetings are held every 3 months. Provincial Branches. They exist in all provinces and have a Members' Assembly that is constituted every 4 years as well as its provincial board. Base Organs (BO). It is the main structure of the organization and each BO is formed by individual members. An account of their work is offered and the executives are renewed every two years. The Specilized Societies are assistant organs of ACPA at the National and Provincial levels and they offer the account of their work and renew their executives every four years. Their management organs are the national and provincial executive councils. |
