Organizational structure: |
The WRC has an Executive Director who reports to an independent Board of Directors. Decision-making is made in accordance with WRC's by-laws. The WRC operates a director's council of senior staff and holds frequent all-staff meetings. The Board of Directors of the WRC has the final decision-making power with respect to the affairs of the organization. Members of the Board of Directors are elected for fixed terms, in accordance with the by-laws of WRC and in a manner consistent with applicable laws. |
