    Organizational structure: The utmost power of the organization in place in the biennial Delegates Assembly - who are representatives of the member organizations and the Board of Directors, This is followed by the Executive Board/Board of Directors - also made up of the representatives from the leadership of the member organization and stakeholders in the disability sector - The Board is responsible for policy decisions and strategic management and development of the organization. Below the Board of Directors is the Secretariat which is lead by the Executive Director who works and is responsible for the work of a team of Line managers including Programmes Manager, Finance Officer who are responsible for the implementations of policies and programmes of the organization. The secretariat also has specific project officers and administrative staff who work closely with the Line managers. The current staff strength at the national headquarter is thirteen (13).
    Number and type of members: Currently has seven (9) registered members. The member organizations are national Disabled People's Organizations in the categories of physical, mental and sensory impairments. The members include Ghana Blind Union, Ghana Society of the Physically Disabled, Ghana National Association of the Deaf, Inclusion Ghana, Mental Health Society of Ghana, Share Care Ghana - a group of people with neuro-immunological diseases and autoimmune conditions, Ghana Association of Persons with Albinism, Ghana stammering association, Ghana Burns survivors foundation
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Ghana National Disability Network, Disabled People's International, West African Federation of the Disabled.
