Mission statement:	We are available to offer value added services to facilitate communities towards innovative and self-sustaining initiatives aimed at promoting health, clean environment and personal hygiene.To strengthen and advocate for community participation in community environmental health interventions including adequate community systems and capacity for water, sanitation and hygiene management.To support the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of community-based initiatives for reproductive health, child and maternal health.Prevent and mitigate the impacts of communicable and non-communicable disease including HIV/AIDS particularly among vulnerable socially-excluded groups. To strengthen the skills of community-based health workers on primary health care strategies towards routine prevention/ control of communicable and non-communicable/degenerative disease. To strengthen/promote local technology/resources to establish sustain environmental sanitation and self-help development project. To promote industrial, environmental and occupational health. To reduce infant mortality rate(IMR) and Maternal Mortality rates (MMR)
