Gathered in Bastos on may 7th 2008, the present persons signators of the trial and founders of the association agree to constitute the Association for te Support of Cameroonian Democracy.supported by the 7th article of the law 90/053 of december 1990 on association liberty. Asdeca has kfor Objective, the taking on of actions to support democracy by mechanisms in Cameroon. this, in considary the promotion of young cameroonian, youth's education and granting work to actors in the different domains that is, socio-economic, professionnal and humaniterian. The founding members all who contributed to the creation or restructuring of ASDECA. They are grouped around a structure called governed by a particular text "Founding Committee". Honorary members are individuals or legal persons who have made and / or continue to render services to the ASDECA. Benefactor members are individuals who provide fixed contributions "are for this category of membership by the national office or the General Assembly. Members are legal persons strucutures sisters or public or private institutions that adhere to ASDECA. Active or associate members are individuals who accept and comply with these bylaws. Membership is lost by resignation, expulsion or death. The Rules specify the conditions and rights of membership. |
