    Organizational structure: DOT is a network of DOT-branded affiliates (local partners) that are locally managed and staffed. Depending upon local legislation and conditions, DOT affiliates are locally-registered independent non-profit organization operating within affiliate agreements and contracts for service with DOT (Canada) – or – registered branches of a foreign organization. DOT affiliates deliver high-impact DOT programming through a network of in-country partners.
    Number and type of members: DOT is comprised of seven country offices that employ eighty-five staff, plus an office in Canada. DOT also maintains an additional seven project offices.
