Mission statement:	Victims of terrorism have political significance, represent what wanted to end terrorism, principles and values that underpin democracy and the rule of law. The social and political scene that has been opened after the ETA announcement of " termination " of their criminal activity requires the Collective of Victims of Terrorism to stick to three key pillars to lay the foundations of a scenario that is clearly identified to winners and losers , victims and murderers of horror . These three pillars are memory , dignity and justice . Memory . The political wing of ETA , Batasuna and their heirs, have been placed in front of the second force in the Basque Parliament Hand coalition BILDU Basque Country . The radical nationalist left , also occupies the mayor of a large number of Basque municipalities . From that position, those who justify the history of ETA blood occupy a privileged place from which to try to impose an unrealistic account of decades of targeted killings perpetrated by a terrorist group . That story claims that terrorists are no such thing, but a group of committed people killed in the name of the Basque people to secure their freedom. At this point, it is crucial that the Collective of Victims of Terrorism conducted intensive outreach . Only through the dissemination of truthful memory the foundation of a society still poisoned by radical nationalism built. Dignity . Covite must ensure that the dignity of the victims of terrorism is not corrupted . In this sense, one of the key pillars of the roadmap Collective is to ensure that in the Basque terrorist worship is not encouraged . The deslegitimatcion of terrorism stems from respect for the dignity of the victims of crime selective .
