Days for Girls International is a 501(c)3 US nonprofit with over 1,000 Chapters and teams all over the world working together to raise awareness, create solutions and empower local leadership around the globe. DfGI is creating a more dignified, humane and sustainable world for girls and women through advocacy, sustainable feminine hygiene and menstrual health awareness, and education. Women and girls discover their potential and self-value, are equal participants and agents of social change and are given opportunities to thrive, grow and contribute to their community’s betterment. Chapters provide kits and importantly help local girls and women have their own businesses to create hygiene while teaching their fellow community members. It's working around the globe. We are just now expanding the in-country programs and are excited about taking our reach from hundreds of thousands of women and girls to millions. We are determined that every girl and woman have access to feminine hygiene and education she can count on. |
