    Organizational structure: The organization is governed by a professional board that comprises of seven members who are committed to the mission/vision of the organization and their ultimate goal is to ensure the rights and interests of children from the slums are given the first priority. The office of the Executive director follows in that order. Finance and administration are independent body but closely with the office of the Executive Director and the program officers. We have four departments headed by program officers in order for us to reach our beneficiaries they include Community Outreach, Rehabilitation Program, O.V.C / youth Program, capacity building and Network and Liaison.
