    Organizational structure: Diversity Living Services was founded in 2001 and is registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee and charity in 2002. The charity is run by a Board of Trustees which is elected at AGM . The Board comprises 3 men and 2 women with a range of skills and experience including human resources, fundraising, accountancy, legal issues, advocacy and policy development. Committee members are responsible for setting policy, defining goals and evaluating performance against targets in relation to funded projects. The Management team comprises the Chairperson, the Coordinator, the Secretary and the Treasurer who meet every month. Weekly meetings are organised for staff and volunteers to discuss weekly action plan and to evaluate the work done during the previous week. It is on that occasion that Management Committee's decisions are passed and reported to staff and volunteers. The Treasurer is responsible for financial control and reporting. Staff and volunteers report about their work and performance for the previous week. It is this occasion when the Manager provides instructions, advice and recommendations to ensure targets agreed with funders are met. Day-to-day activities sre undertaken by the Executive Director who report to the Board of Trustees.
