Mission statement:	Our Mission: The Nigerian Youth Elite for Change (NYEC) is a socio-cultural and educational organization borne out of the need to change the way things are presently done in our dear country Nigeria. There is actually a genuine yearning for this change by numerous persons all over the country irrespective of tribe, religion, sex, age, etc. And this is what NYEC stands for. These are our mission statement to be attained through this firebrand revolutionary organization: (a) Campaign for youth enlightenment through the effort of awakening their consciousness by making them aware that the future lies with them. (b) Campaign for political education and public re-orientation. (c) Campaign against indiscriminate killing, unlawful arrest and the detention of our law-abiding youths and other members of the public by men of the Nigerian Law Enforcement Agency without room for fair hearing. (d) Campaign for the continued sustenance of a true democracy in Nigeria. (e) Campaign for the resignation of corrupt generational leaders, elders, and negatively godfathers since they have continually failed the nation.
