    Organizational structure: Formal institutional governance and fiduciary responsibility for the University rests with its Board of Trustees. The President reports to the Trustees and is an ex-officio member of the Board. The officers of the University shall be the President, the Provost, the Vice Presidents, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Comptroller, and the General Counsel.
    Number and type of members: As of the fall of 2019: 26,675 students (10,448 FT Undergraduates & 11,355 FT Graduates); 4,793 Faculty. As of Nov. 2018, Penn has total regular workforce of over 18,000 faculty and staff and the University Health System has a regular work force of 23,275 employees.
