Organizational structure: |
Formal institutional governance and fiduciary responsibility for the University rests with its Board of Trustees. The President reports to the Trustees and is an ex-officio member of the Board. The officers of the University shall be the President, the Provost, the Vice Presidents, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Comptroller, and the General Counsel. |
