Director for operations Director for Administration Director of publicity and Director of research There are 5 departments with 3 committees Department of Admin Department of finance Department of research Department of Operations Publicity department Adhoc committees head by team leaders: Social Media committee DiabLink Initiative - an initiative created to provide support for type 1 Diabetes children whose parents are not able to provide their medications. Medical Outreach committee All volunteers are placed in different offices based on their skills and preferences and they report to their respective committees heads.
