    Organizational structure: -Board of Directors -Director of branches -General manager Under the Director of branches there are Department of Researches and studies and Department of International relations.Under the General manager there are the Financial manager and the Administrative manager.
    Number and type of members: The Board of Directors include: Ms. Nihad Ibrahim Ali (Chairperson) Ms. Zahraa Ibrahim Abou El Oyoun (Treasurer) Ms. Fatma Omar Mahmoud (Secretary General) Mr. Mohsen Yousef Omar (Member) Mr. Ahmed Haroun Ahmed (Member) Mr. Mustafa Galal Darwish (Member) Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Taha (Member) We have 10 Employees who are working Full time for the organization.Also we have more than 50 volunteers distributed all over Upper Egypt for implmenting the organization's activities.
