    Organizational structure: The organization has a 5 member Steering Board which, together with the business that acts as an Auditor, ensure the oversight of the organization. The operational management of the organization is undertaken by an executive director appointed and revoked if needed by the Steering Board. Also, the organization employs 14 staff including 3 program managers.
    Number and type of members: The organization is not a membership-based one. The organization cooperates with a network of human rights and legal experts and regularly engages interns/volunteers in its work.
