The General Assembly of the United Zo Organization (UZO) USA Inc. constituted the Election Committee consisting of three members. These three members were responsible to elect the Executive Committee (EC) who will hold office for a period of two years. Every branches/localities has the liberties to nominate each member to contest the election to the office of the Executive Committee. On the basis of the law prescribed by the organization, the Election Committee scrutinizes the nominated candidates, and all the eligible voters as prescribed in Article 5, Section 5:01 cast their vote through secret ballot. Candidate with the highest number of eligible votes will automatically be declared the winner for that specific executive office. The Executive Committee consists of President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, 2 Treasurer, 2 Auditors and 2 Members. The Executive Committees is the highest decision making body, in consultation with the Board of Directors, the EC takes decisions for the organization. For administrative convenience, Regional Representatives were also appointed to assist the EC in executing its policies. Besides, several sub-committees were also established by the organization such as Sport Committee, Culture & Traditional Committee, Media & Literature Committee, Zolia & Zotang Committee (Youth Committee). These committees were headed by two Directors each and they were always responsible and accountable to the Executive Committee. |

The organization- United Zo Organization (UZO) , USA Inc. is exclusively for the Zo diaspora settling in the United States. Its members are basically drawn only from USA. There are three categories of members such as Individual membership, family membership and affiliate membership. At present, United Zo Organization (UZO) , Inc. has 2840 members only. |
