    Organizational structure: La structure de l'organisation comprend une assemblée générale et un bureau exécutif. L'assemblée générale comprend tous les membres de l'association à quelque titre qu'ils soient,à la condition expresse qu'ils soient à jour de leurs cotisations et qu'ils respectent les statuts de l'organisation. Elle se réunit en session ordinaire une fois par an et en session extraordinaire en cas de besoin. Elle est convoquée par le Président. Elle élit parmi ses membres à bulletin secret, un bureau exécutif composé de six membres, pour un mandat de trois ans renouvelables.
    Number and type of members: L'association compte plus d'une centaine de membres comprenant des fonctionnaires, des particuliers, des acteurs de la société civile et des leaders pygmées baka, bakola et bagyéli.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: L'association est affiliée au Comité National des Droits de l'Homme et des Libertés.
