    Organizational structure: There exists a 7-man Arms of Comfort Board of Trustees with advisory responsibilities which also reposed in them the oversight function over the activities of the AOCF Management. The day to day operational activities are supervised by a 5 man Executive Management Board chaired by the Executive Director, to which the Director of Programs and all other members are responsible. The Executive Management Board supervises the Project Management Teams for various projects and is charged with the responsibilities of mobilizing resources and providing useful advice to PMT
